Comments:
My 40m Rotatable Dipole went dead about two weeks before the contest and there
was no time to get spare traps from Cushcraft. It was retuned but seemed not
stable. So I had to go about 400W, just to be on the safe side. Condex to U.S.
was very poor except for some good 15m openings to W7s in early mornings.
Otherwise many of them were K/W/N Easterners. Didn't find many 2x1 or 2x2
multiplier-calls. Not an impressive condex on Saturday and was very hard to
maintain 100/h QSO level.
At least managed to replace my own TS Asia Record but far below SOAB Asia
record. Worried about P3F a lot. Once relieved to hear his lower serial numbers
but later found that he has done a lot on low bands!! Good job Bob!
As a result, the score pattern was very much similar to what I did last year.
