Comments:
I had a slow start and I am not sure if I can blame it on the conds;-) Rates
rose continually until they reached my best hour running NA 01-02z. Ten meters
was mostly dead, only some sporadic E on Sunday. My 100W couldn't get through to
the weak backscatter HQs.
Unfortunately missed OJ8W for the WAWRTC.
