Comments:
We got a special call from Panama H8A to participate in the CQ/RJ RTTY
Contest 2002. We got a written permission for this call and for the period
from the 8th of September up to 30th of November 2002.
By surprice and two hours before the contest starts, the president of
LIGA PANAMENO DE RADIOAFICIONADOS (LPRA) Ivanovich Serrano HP1DLQ
revoked this permission without any comments why.
We are sure we could get a better score for this reason. The good part of
this
contest was, good condx on all bands and a new claimed NA-Record for Panama.
