Comments:
Was reading my e-mail from Mom and Dad's place and noticed the TQP was going
on.
So I drove home, downloaded the TR Log files, loaded 'em up and jumped in kinda
late.
I called CQ a good bit and worked more non-TN stns than TN stns. With the huge
activity in the concurrent VHF contest, I was really surprised none of the
"serious" TN guys were on the VHF bands. What's up with that? I kinda expected
to go to 144.195 and knock off a couple dozen quick QSOs, but mostly all I got
was the usual GA, AL, NC, etc.
It was fun to run the bands with NA4K at the end. I should have done that with
more folks!
