Comments:
A serious operation from my home station, with an FT-840 and a jungle of dipole
antennas. I found that the 40m sloping dipole (@7 m agl) is a killer on 10m, 15m
and also on 40m. On 80m I used an inverted V @10 m agl. The vertical dipole for
20m worked remarkably well, too, fed at 8 m agl.
A big thank-you to everyone for the QSOs! I was particularly surprised at the
fine condx on 10 metres with a host of trans-Atlantic Qs. Also a special mention
goes to F6IRF whose QRP was working extremely well...
