Comments:
Same story as last year... After well went CW part I had high expectations
for SSB also. But running SSB pileup seems to be pretty hard for me. Once again
I found myself fighting with the routines of SSB QSO insted of fighting against
my competitors for winning the contest. Well there´s only one way to get
over this, practise more.
At the station everything worked fine again and I had no prolems with the
station. I believe that at this point the hardware at OH2BH´s is on level one
can hope for.
The setup used:
2 x FT1000MP Mark V + Pa´s
Array Solutions SO2R and Station automation (with OH3QK´s magic boxes)
80m: 3el yagi + 3el Quad (fixed to NA) + Dipole
40m: 3el yagi + dipole
20m: 6 over 6 yagi´s + 4el yagi
15m: 6el + 4el yagi
10m: 6el + 4el yagi
20/15/10m: 3 x stacked 10el tribanders
Thank´s for all of you for Q´s and of course to all the people behind my
year 2002 SAC operations!
Hope to see ya again in next one!
I have observed all competition rules as well as all regulations
established
for amateur radio in my country. My report is correct and true to the best
of my knowledge. I agree to be bound by the decisions of the Awards
Committee.
