The Sirrea Victor Team again was challenged with poor propagation due to active
aurora conditions, which seem to be the norm for us folks located at 53 degree
north latitude. No European or Ja openings, these "wells" of QSO rate were
closed and we had to restore to S&P.
During the midnite to sunrise shift the operators decided that CQ needs to
create additional zones in NA.The zone 4 northern experience is getting to be
tough.
