Comments:
First multi-op effort from the home station (we usually operate with the club -
K2BAR). 6m noise was horrendous from 240 through 350 az. That made the
wonderful opening on 6m Sunday afternoon both exciting and frustrating.
Appologies to all those screaming their callsigns in - to no avail. The shack
upgrade "rocks the earth" (per NA2AA) and it made operating the contest
comfortable and enjoyable. The playoffs cut the contest short with a visit from
the police to inquire whether we were operating or not! Next time we'll have
more ops and keep all 4 bands on the air at one time. 73. Tony, W2DTA
