Comments:
Late start, early finish. Score down a bit from last year. Conditions not very
good and ten meters was practically non-existant. Bands totally shut down after
0500z Sunday.
Writlog 10.38D with RITTY performed flawlessly even with the pronounced flutter
on the JA stations.
