Comments:

Thanks to the super job by mobiles W9MSE, N0IM, W0OR -- they and others had to
really  strain to hear my signal with this very poor excuse for a back-up
antenna. Seems a rabbit had gnawed completely through the coax to the 40M
dipole.  I discovered it about 15 minutes before the contest started, and
scurried (?) to get something else to work.
