Figured "JUST ONCE" it was worth a go at QRP!.....wow..what a difference in
perspective from LP and HP. Humility is the order of the day. Felt like a flea,
jumping around all the time... Tried CQing and had almost 100% failure
rate....
no one calling in ... so it was S&P for 4 hours...and hearing a mult call
someone, wait to call them, and getting beat out by ANYONE else that called the
mult!!....all in all this sounds like it was horrible....but infact, it was
really FUN! Thanks again to Tom and Mrs. Tom for the use of the K7RI 'city
superstation' (KT36XA and 2 el 40). Still, the SPRINT is the BEST CONTEST OF
THEM ALL...see ya on charlie whiskey.. de K7SS
