I couldn't get up enough enthusiasm to do an all band entry so decided to do 40
single band. Unfortunately we had very bad QRN from the stormy weather up
country. Continuous static crashes above S9 were the order of the day. I had 88
countries after the first night but couldn't face another night of the static so
I didn't do much operating the second night. Most of the time it took two and
three tries to get the call and exchange straight. Hopefully next year will be
better.
