Enjoyed the contest, condx were interesting...
Even for a small station, usually it is
possible to work the big guys from the US West,
like W7GG, N6RO, NK7U etc..
This year, nobody west of MN/TX was worked on 10/15
and a lonely VE7 on 20 was all from the west.
On 40m LP, I worked CA/WA/OR/BC. That's nice if you
have 100W and a trap vertical! On 40m SP in the local morning,
again nothing west of WI/TX was logged..
Heard W3LPL on SUN morning at 1130h local time on 40m!
RIG: Elecaft K2, Amp ~100W,
ANT: frozen Fritzel trap GP ground mounted in garden..
