Station: IC-706 MkIIG, MFJ-941E, 100w.
Antenna: 50m of wire, fed as a doublet, first 15m in inverted V configuration,
rest wrapped around garden. Feed point at 5m.
Not a great deal of activity during the day. In retrospect, overnight on 3.5 and
7 would have been better. Five hours of operating time, many more of fruitless
listening!!
Pleased to work 18 cantons. Didn't hear the other 8.
