Conditions were stinko until about 2PM when 40 meters finally shortened up.
Until then all the mobiles were 339-559.
If I may suggest that the rules be changed to comply with USA-CA standards and
mobiles not run more than two counties at a time. QSOs from multi-county
"points" won't count for USA-CA.
On the positive side, the mobiles were everywhere. I thought there would be
critical mass reached in Ripley county at one point! Thanks for the activity.
