Goals:
Better last year's score of 754k, try out new Force 12 C3 in lieu of dipoles
and gain some experience on all bands as a baseline for further improvement.
Reality:
Heil headset died, necessitating immediate repair followed by failure of new
Alpha 76A after less than an hour, requiring use of standby 30 year old SB220
with soft tubes running off 110VAC.Found out that you can not hold a run
frequency near 14.150, 21.200, or 28.300 with a 2 el Tribander with 3 db gain.
Multipliers seemed much scarcer than last year.
Result:
We'll be back to do it all again next year...
