Comments:

OE2G is the new contest call of OE2BZL.
Originally I planed to operate from a QTH high in the mountains (about 1800m
high), where one has a clear shot to all directions. In the normal QTH the
pacific and almost of JA is blocked due to high mountains in the north.
Unfortunately 3 days before the contest it started snowing, finally with snow
over 50cm high. The earliest snow in 10 years! With this conditions it was
impossible to bring a generator and equipment to the new QTH. Therefore
I operated from the normal QTH. As it is experienced a lot of technical
difficulties and poor propagation especially on sunday.
Hope things are better in the CW part.
Knut OE2BZL/DK5AD
