Perhaps I'm missing something here.  If I'm reading the rules properly, for
single ops, once you commit to using a spotting network (Cluster) then you
are automatically placed in the HP(A) category.  I see listings for LP(A)
and QRP(A).  Except for the satisfaction of knowing that one operated with
less power, it doesn't count when a score is submitted.
