Comments:

Friday night: CCO club night with only VE3s audible

Saturday a useful opening to EU; impossible to raise many stations who were
working Europe exclusively. Pileup on 5U7

Sunday few EU, SA good and CA booming in for several hours. Aurora made a huge
hole in reception, and bands died by 2200Z. 5U7 lonely on Sunday. Best contact
ZS1.

The snow played havoc with noise on Sunday, with levels reaching S9+ from our
leaky power lines. The meteor scatter was too brief for contacts generally, with
signals rising to S9 out of the noise and back in less than 1 second. Never
heard any VE west of VE3 although WA/OR opened Sunday afternoon.

Most contacts S&P, as few were hearing my signal.
