Comments:
Fewer sunspots in '03 than in '02, and the effects were clearly felt: same
operator, same amp and antennas, but a lot fewer QSOs and countries on 10 meters
this year, and slightly fewer on 15. Did better on 80 thru 20 meters in '03,
partly due to more total hours, but not quite enough to offset the high-band
deficit: overall, slightly fewer QSOs and multipliers for a 2% smaller claimed
score. The morning EU runs on 10 and 15 meters were noticeably shorter and
weaker than in past years. But, there were lots of JAs and other AS stations on
15, and some on 10. Great to work TO4WW on 20 CW through only a moderate pileup
