Heard 9A5W here and that was it for EU. CN8KD from Africa. Good news was the
participation -- highest rates I've ever had in this contest. 10m was better
than it seemed -- just no one there. Don't understand exchanges like "5NN 5NN
5NN NC". Why send 5NN? Why send the RST 3 times? Why not send the state a
couple of times instead?
