New IC746pro, different computer, new version of k1ea and had RFI problems at
start-up. Lost about two hours getting equipment to work properly. Band
conditions very spotty (spotlight type propagation) A61AJ sounded like local as
well as few HA's DL's and I's many European stations no propagation to Indiana
either night. Big learning curve for me as first contest in 15 years done
without my Ten-Tec Corsair II. Many with bad key-clicks on band. Hope W8JI
wins the battle convincing those to make the mod's to cure that problem...de
