Comments:

Just hunting for new CW band-mode countries, so worked all S&P. Other than low
hanging fruit (loud and easy to work) on the higher bands, I pretty much stuck
to 160, 80 and 40 where I have many DXCC needs since having reset the counter a
year ago. Picked up eight new ones on 160, eighteen on 80, and eight on 40. Rig
is Icom 756 Pro II, Tennadyne T-11 LPDA for 10-20, W9INN multi-band dipole for
40-160, and N3FJP software. Big issue still remains getting past the East Coast
curtain on 160 with my very basic antenna setup. Called several quite
respectable sounding EU stations on 160 'til the cows came home, but never a
single Q. Obviously it's not all about running high power as I listened to
CM6RCR banging 'em out on 160 giving out the exchange "5NN 5"!
