Comments:
Great contest - shame the operator wasn't up to it! It had been a long couple of
weeks at work and I was knackered even at the start. Not too bad on night one,
but a complete zombie on night 2!
Had to spend 3 afternoons the previous week fixing up all the low band antennas
on the station.
Had to take about an hour out during the contest to fix a fault which appeared
on the beverage - other than that, just took some time off each morning after 40
became less useful and before 20 really got going.
Good conditions on all bands from 160 through 15, and 10 better than expected,
though 10 was pretty patchy.
Thanks to everyone for the QSOs - probably see you all for the SSB leg as
well.
73,
Andy
