Many thanks to Allan, VE7SZ, for hosting me for the weekend.
Also, my thanks to Dave, VA7AM, who was sitting in the chair next to me
doing single band 15. My 3rd harmonic was quite bothersome at times, and I
appreciate his great sense of patience!
I had originally planned to do 20 meters, but a locked rotor on the top
antenna prompted a change in plans.
It was a somewhat painful weekend - lots of QRN on Friday night, and a
lack of stations to work. The best hour was a mere 73 QSOs (05Z on Friday), and
only two hours on Saturday exceeded 30/hr.
There were lots of outstanding numbers from EU on 40 this year.
