Comments:
Considered taking a run at this contest, but weather was too nice. Did family
stuff instead.
Did have some enjoyable playing on the radio. Conditions on 80m were very good
the first night about 0130-0200Z.
40 and 20 were both wall to wall signals when open. At one point, I heard VO1AU
running a pileup on 14099! 40 had signals up to 7070.
This contest would be really great if it was the last weekend of April instead
of May. No holiday (it was a 3 day Bank holiday weekend in Europe too) and the
bands are typically better. And the weather in W1 would be more conducive to
contesting in April too.
