Hope everyone enjoyed the contest.
This year we ran 6 stations:
1) 2/6 metres phone and CW operated mostly by Mike, VE3ATX.
2) 10/15 metres phone and cw operated mostly by Renzo, VE3NYX.
3) 20 metres SSB operated mostly by Joe, VE3OCD, and Fred, VE3GCP.
4) 40 metres SSB operated mostly by Rick, VE3BK.
5) 80 metres SSB operated mostly by Dan, VA3DJ.
6) 20/40/80/160m CW plus 160m SSB by Steve, VE3OZO.
Renzo's son, Simon, was very active with phone on most bands.
Also helping were Mary, VE3OGQ, Mardy, VE3QEE, Vic, VE3VMO,
David, VE3DWJ, and Mark, VE3RYI.
Special thanks to Mark, VE3RYI, for putting in so much of his
time before the contest getting the antennas ready.
On HF we were HP on 20/40/80 ssb, everything else was LP.
10/15 metres had a 3 el yagi up 35 ft.
20ssb had a 3 el yagi up 50 ft.
40ssb had a dipole up 40 ft.
80ssb had a dipole up 50 ft.
The cw station had a ground mounted 40-10m vertical and a full wave
160m loop up 30 ft.
The vhf station had a combination of vertical and horizontal
antennas up 50 ft.
Good time had by all.
See you in the next one.
