I managed to get in about an hour around 1700Z and a half hour at 0400Z. I was
surprised to read reports of good conditions, as during my 1700 segment
conditions appeared pretty bad. I was hearing few signals and only 1 signal
outside of NA on 20 thru 10. 0400 looked a lot better.
