Comments:
For Stanford, with only two operators expressing interest, we decided
to operate as two Single-Operators and provide points for the NCCC
Teams, So appearing on the bands were both W6LD (@W6YX, op W6LD), and me
W6YX (@W6YX, op K6UFO). We shared the same set of antennas, and couldn't be
on one band at the same time. This made the daytime rather tough, as only
20m was producing at any rate, and the other guy had to go trolling for
anything on 15m, 10m (and even 40m) - or take some early off-time.
10m: Thanks to all the local guys for the 10m contacts.
15m: Actually had a couple cross-country openings, but not enough people
were there. On 15m I worked:
MA MD AL FL TN NM TX CA CO KS and a TI2.
20m: Was the place to be, even though it was crowded and difficult.
40m: Finally started opening and got better and better into the evening.
80m: Was worth staying up for, with 12 mults in the last half-hour.
160m: Thanks to all the local guys, (just like 10 meters, hi.)
