Comments:
Thanks to the JARTS Contest Committee for sponsoring and now having to take care
of all the logs. Thanks also to all the courteous operators who were kind
enough to work me.
Band conditions were okay. Ten meters was fun with all the quirky openings
throughout the day. Eighty meters was noisy on this end, more so than last
weekend in the Markrothen Contest. Propagation on forty meters was down from
last weekend, but still good for supporting a lot of intercontinental QSOs.
The station is starting to come together. Just a small amount of antenna work
is left to do on the outside. Getting the shack arranged for efficient
contesting is the last part of the recovery from the damage done by Hurricane
Isabel.
