While I always enjoy working old friends and handing out points, operating with
100 watts and a wire is losing its charm, especially when conditions are rotten.
Out of eleven hours, I'd say six were fun but the other five were a slog. And
how clever of me to end up needing six sections Sunday afternoon: PAC, and the
other five in the Dead Zone (VE4, VE5, VE6, NWT, AK). -- Jim Cain, K1TN/9
