Just didn't have the time or the push to stay up late and operate this one the
week after CQ WW CW. Still, I did my duty and handed out some points to 158
deserving CQ'ers. The band sounded like it was beginning to open for little
guys like me around midnight Saturday night EST, but 9 hours of sleep was much
more tempting. My best DX was only NTX. Oh well. It was cool to hear
N0NI and a few others west of the Mississippi at 3pm local time here on a sunny
Saturday afternoon. It gave me more energy for antenna work.
See you next weekend in the 10 meter test.
