Comments:
First time using more than 100w with a borrowed an AMP at 500w, what a
difference! Last year I struggled, this year much better. Was also able to
find and correct a RFI problem into the PC- no more PC shut down with high
power. I found, even with only a sloper, in most cases if I could hear them, I
could work them while P&P (Packet & Pounce). Did spend much time calling CQ
with no answers. Did work a bunch on the east coast and lots of Canadians.
Like everyone else a fun time- goal was at least 300 Q's, fell asleep early Sat
nite by mistake,when I woke up it was mid-night and minimial folks on, guess
that nap cost me the extra 40. I didn't get up early either morning- next year
we will do that (and for the Stew Perry).
