Comments:

A whole different ball game from out west with 20 going to sleep so soon. We
usually can rely on going back to 20 from 40 after working the main gang, but
this time there was no going back. So it became a 40 80 contest for the last 2.5
hours, with 80 just starting to open to the midwest with one hour to go.
One side benefit of the low cycle is being able to work 80 much further east
than usual. On 80 K9PG and KW8N sounded like locals. Didnt hear any mults
missed...pretty quiet from Carib and Central America.... not a peep south of the
border. Thanks to all the VEs..got all but VY/VE8. Great fun as always! What a
treat to have a great team from the NW to ride with.. Thanks to W7EJ W7WA K7ZS
K7ZSD N7LOX KI7Y NK7U N6TR and K7RL, for all the effort and good times packed
into 4 hours of adrenaline. Thanks as always to K7RI & W7KAT for the use of
their FB city lot station. The most convenient of guest op'ing... 5 minutes
away. See you all again in September! Danny K7SS op of K7RI.
