Comments:
Great contest! Was concerned that without 10 meters, 15 and 20 would be
jam-packed, leaving the LP guys without room to be heard. Sure didn't happen!
I was amazed at how I was able to run and run and run on those remaining bands.
But my real surprise was how good 40 and 80 were here. Never thought I could
run at all on 80, picking up 40 on 3535 in the 0500Z hour the first night. And
40 was just stupendous - my 2 element wire beam up about 40 feet played great -
never had more than 250 Q's on this band in any DX test before.
Was really sorry not to have a 160 antenna. Hope to throw something up there
for SSB.
