Conditions were very poor on Saturday. Didn't hear anything on 10 and very
little on 15. Conditions were much improved on Sunday but still little activity
on 10 even though the band was open much of the time. Both 10 and 80 were
disappointing from an activity stand point. The contest would be a lot more fun
if there was more participation. Much of the time it was a struggle to find
anyone to work. I work SO1R and am not sure how much SO2R would have helped in
this contest. Also, I don't watch spots during contests contrary to the opinion
of a west coast station.
