As someone who is almost never on 80m, this band was a thrill during the contest
to hear so many Europeans. Hats off to them for pulling my signal. Also, there
was no time to tune this new dipole, and SWR was a bit high (and thus no HP).
To work station on 40m and 80m was a gamble given the antenna problem, a
challenge to say the least.
The high bands produced some really nice mults for my general log.
