Comments:
I am sorry I could not work more people. I am here temporarily and a persistent
electrical noise obliterates signals under about S5.
My score is not a joke. Dink's software will not recognize a score of zero, so I
put in one CW multiplier (I worked a friend and occasional neighbor here on five
bands). I guess two times five equals 10.
The only software I had was CT and I thought I had figured out how to use it in
DXpedition Mode and planned to add up multipliers and calucate my score
afterward. But ... after half a dozen contacts I looked at the screen and
discovered to my horror that no matter what I typed in the "location" field,
when I entered the QSO CT erased what I had typed and substituted the CQ Zone,
based on a guess from the call sign.
I could fill in a lot of multipliers in my log from memory but what would be the
point? The point is to get on the radio, and I did.
