Comments:
A coronal mass ejection, generated by an M8 event, hit earth just 10 hours
before the contest started. Figured the band would be pretty much wiped out,
however there were several periods when european propagation was actually good.
But for the most part, DX stations were very weak and difficult to copy. About
half of these contacts were US and VE stations.
