[3830] Mid-Atlantic QSO Party correct log addresses

There was some confusion as to the correct addresses for log 
submissions for the MAQP, and to top it off, Yahoo had temporarily 
discontinued the correct addresses. Here is all the correct info, all 
is now well again - sorry for any inconvenience!
