Comments:
This was not to be my weekend for radio. The power pole transformer that was to
be replaced prior to the contest has not been changed. Noise was S9 and in the
rare quiet intermittant stages it made the contest tolerable. On top of that
breaks to show our home that is up for sale did not help. Conditions were great
Friday and early Saturday and then went down hill from there. Then of course I
could not operate 40m due to the neighbors yard sprinklers so this was pretty
much a 2.5 band contest.
Cut numbers- either use them or don't use them. My preference is don't use them
but the ones that get me are the cuts for 0 and and 9 but not for 1 or some
combination.
Oh yes, did I mention SO1R.
