Comments:

TOO MANY DISTRACTIONS HERE, SUCH AS GOLF, TV AND LOCAL POWER LINE NOISE.
POOR CONDITIONS, AND GOT WORSE NEAR THE END. COULD COPY THE KH6 STATIONS
VERY LOUD OFF THE BACK OF THE BEAM, COMPARED TO MID AND EAST U.S.A. STATIONS
OFF THE FRONT. ONLY MADE ONE FIVE BANDER AND THAT WAS THANKS TO THE PATIENCE
AND PERSEVERANCE OF W1AW/5, WHO FINALLY GOT ME ON 1.8. THE ONLY EUROPEANS I
HEARD ON 40M WERE CS5A, OL4H, OK1KT AND THEY WERE RIGHT DOWN IN THE MUD.
WHERE WERE THE JA STATIONS AND OTHER ASIAN STATIONS. ONLY HEARD A FEW..
THANKS TO THE 234 FELLERS WHO COPIED MY 100W AND SOMETIMES 10W OUTPUT.
ANOTHER TREE CAUSED PROBLEMS. PREVENTED ME FROM ROTATING THE BEAM VIA THE
LONG PATH ON HF. ROTATED AS FAR AS WEST AND THEN GOT STUCK. WAS HOPING TO
DO MUCH BETTER, BUT NEXT YEAR DEFINITELY WILL WHEN I HAVE A 40M BEAM UP.
THANKS FOR A NICE CONTEST.
