IC-706MKII @ 100W, 5el Yagi @ 70ft, N1MM Logger with DVK.
Used my Novice call from fifty years ago, as I have so far all of this year.
Probably made more QSO's yesterday (Sunday) than the entire time I held the
call in 1955, when I thought 80M was the only band that existed.
Saturday was a bust. Only out of state QSO was W2SZ - how does he do it?!
Sunday afternoon beginning around 2100Z was a blast with many huge signals.
Apologies to those I couldn't pull out of my sometimes S6 noise level.
