Suppose you threw a party and no one came? That's what happened at the Texas
QSO Party this year. On behalf of those Texas hams who live in the dry parts of
the State, I would like to tell those who were dodging Hurricane Rita this
weekend, "WE MISSED YOU!" (I know, you would have rather been able to play ham
radio this weekend yourself.)
