Had a great time! Higher bands were wonderful on Saturday for this point in the
cycle.  I did try 10M numerous times on the advice of K4GMH, but never heard a
signal. On Sunday morning, the bands were in bad shape, with several short
complete dropouts noted up here at 44 degrees latitude.  Highlight for me was
being called by CN8KD on 40M on Sunday afternoon, while there was still quite a
bit of daylight left!  Since my only 40M antenna right now is a low dipole, I
was quite amazed! Of course we had to traverse the ever present wall of east
coast stations to get to EU, but overall it wasn't too terribley difficult
except for Sunday morning.  It sure was great to see AA5AU come across the
screen, what a true blue trooper!
