Another lucky year - sweep wise. It took me 45 minutes in the pile on 20 to
work VO1AU - the rest seemed easy.
When the east coast stopped answering me on 40 & 80, I thought my transmitter
was busted - I didn't connect the bad weather until it was mentioned here.
I find my willingness to sit through Sunday afternoon is a direct result of how
I feel about my score on Saturday night. When I went to bed, I was about 50 Q's
behind last year (which was a lousy year), so it was a real struggle. Those
lost 3.5 hours probably would have made a big difference.... oh well.
I worked more Q's at higher speeds than ever before. CWSS ops are really the
best!
