We spun the dial across 10M a number of times, and I think we heard exactly one
signal. And that one faded out before we could make a QSO. 15M was pretty good
for the first hour, but then thinned out. (The high monobander was dead -- that
might have helped.) We beat last year's numbers on 20, 40, and 80, and had some
fine rate on 160 during the last three hours. This was N1LN's swan song with
the gang, as he's moving to W4. We'll miss you and your top shelf bourbon, OM!
K5NZ and I got some great dirt bike riding in the next morning -- it doesn't get
