I had planned on using my homebrew rig, but still chasing an
intermittent problem in the receiver. So put the backup rig
on line to give it some air time.
I stopped my runs many times to answer the question
"What contest is this?" In fact, after answering the
questions I found many of the people that got the answers
up the band running stations and having a blast. My answer
always included a request for them to act like a DX station
and call CQ and work a few of the contesters, and I guess it
worked.
TS-830S, homebrew DVK and wires, 40 meter Zepp,
80 meter dipole, and 160 meter "L", NA 10.59.
