No ice storm or blizzard, for a change, in the January VHF SS -- at least here
in the Northeast.
It was fun to be a single-op again, after two of years of multi-oping here. (My
wife missed having all the guys here, though.) Very nice to work so many old
friends, plus many new calls. On balance, however, my impression is that
activity is lower than five years ago. Does this contest need to be jazzed up,
somehow?
