SOAPBOX: COUPLE OF MINUTES BEFORE THE CONTEST. NO TIME TO CHECK THE
SOAPBOX: COMPUTER HOPING THE CONFIG FILE WAS RIGHT. 20M WAS FINE BUT
SOAPBOX: I NOTICED THAT THE DUPE SHEET WASN'T WORKING RIGHT. SO KEPT
SOAPBOX: PLUGGING AWAY AT THE CONTEST. THEN, WHEN I CHANGED TO 40M, I
SOAPBOX: FOUND THAT THE BAND WAS FILLED WITH A DX PILE UP AND WHAT SEEMED
SOAPBOX: LIKE HUNDREDS OF RTTY SIGNALS. ONLY MADE 7 Q'S ON THAT BAND. THEN
SOAPBOX: MY WIFE COMES HOME EARLY AND WANTS TO TALK. THEN THE SOFTWARE REALLY
SOAPBOX: STARTED TO ACT UP. SOMETHING WAS TERRIBLY WRONG SO I HAD TO
SOAPBOX: START ALL OVER WITH THE CONTEST SETUP AND RE-LOG EVERYTHING. BY THE
SOAPBOX: TIME I GOT THE SOFTWARE RUNNING CORRECTLY, 40M WAS USELESS AND SO
SOAPBOX: I WENT TO 80M. FINALLY MADE GOOD PROGRESS. NEAR THE END, I HEARD
SOAPBOX: 3Y0X CALLING CQ AND IMMEDIATELY A PILE UP STARTED AND STARTED TO
SOAPBOX: SPREAD. DIDN'T KNOW WHO WAS CALLING FOR NA OR THE DX. SIGH, MAYBE
SOAPBOX: I'LL JUST TAKE A VALIUM AND GO TO BED.
